Unlike the cohort model with our other accelerator programs, Sente offers an individual program for start-ups. The individual program is one-on-one and tailored specifically to the timing and needs of each start-up that gets accepted. Sente has two individual accelerator program options for individual start-ups: seed stage and growth stage.

Program
- Training: Sente teaches the fundamentals for teams to commercialize their innovation and transition from having an idea to becoming a start-up.
- Product-Market Fit: Teams work to validate their initial business model and fill in the gaps through early customer feedback.
- Business Model: Teams focus on the fundamentals of revenue stream, cost structure, channels, operations, partners, and talent.
- Pitch Preparation: Teams prepare for the demo day by crafting a story derived from work completed in the prior three week.
- Development Phase: Alumni earn the right to join an 11-month journey with the Sente team, which monitors their progress frequently and at times on-site. Successful start-ups will be awarded a round trip ticket to the USA during this period.

- Training: Sente covers the fundamentals for a high growth start-up
- Business Canvas: Teams validate business models
- Revenue Model: Teams build and validate revenue models
- Financial Model based on Unit Economics: Teams develop cost structure and financial models
- Pitch Preparation: Teams craft story and presentation for investors
- Please Note: Sente Seed Accelerator program covers these subject, but you aren’t required to go through the Seed Accelerator to be ready. You can pass the preparation phase on your own with Sente guidance.
- Planning: Create business development and sales plans based on a tailored US market entry model and framework. Develop a sound understanding for the US market landscape.
- US Customer Development: Initial customer and partner relationships in the US market leveraging Sente and 1871 resources. Improve business models based on customer feedback. Present to interested investors
