Preparation Phase  

• Training:​ Fundamentals for high growth start-up  
• Business Canvas: ​Validate business models 
• Revenue Model: ​Build and validate revenue models  
• Financial Model based on Unit Economics: ​Develop cost structure and financial models  
• Pitch Preparation: Craft story/presentation for investors  
• Please Note: ​You can pass the preparation phase on your own with Sente guidance or through our hands-on support.. 
  
  

Program 

1. Planning: ​Create business development and sales plans based on a tailored US market entry model and framework. Develop a sound understanding for the US market landscape.   
2. US Customer Development: ​Initial customer and partner relationships in the US market ​leveraging Sente and 1871 resources. Improve business models based on customer feedback. Present to interested investors. 
3. Development Phase: ​ Alumni earn the right to join an 11-month journey with the Sente team, which monitors their progress frequently and at times on-site. Successful start-ups will earn a round trip ticket to the USA during this period. Successful start-ups will be awarded a round trip ticket to the USA during this period.
